Lost in Interpretation

Lost in Interpretation was my first ever curated exhibition. The theme involved artists taking kanji (Chinese/Japanese characters) and interpreting them in a personal way - figuratively, symbolically, literally, physically, etc. This exhibition was a project I put together involving the newly formed Kansai Style, a group I created for creatives in the Kansai region to meet up and do creative things.
I organised the exhibition, partitipated in it, performed live art, and designed the flyers for it.
It was a very succesful evening, full of talented artists and eager locals. The exhibition was so successful IZNT's owner, David Cole, asked for us to keep it up for another month.
